Ordering & Personalization

How do I place a custom order?

Simply select the product you love, click the "Personalize" button, and use our design tool to add your text, names, dates, or upload your image. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout when you're done.

What information do I need to provide for personalization?

Please have all personalization details ready (exact spelling of names, dates, etc.). For photo products, ensure you have a high-resolution image file. We are not responsible for errors in spelling or grammar that you provide.

Is there a limit to the number of characters for personalization?

Character limits vary by product and will be clearly displayed in the personalization tool. If your text is too long, the tool will alert you.

What file formats can I upload for photos?

We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. For the best quality, we recommend using a high-resolution image (300 DPI or higher).


Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Most custom items take 2-4 business days to be crafted with care in our workshop before they ship.

What are my shipping options and when will my order arrive?

We offer several shipping options at checkout, from Standard to Expedited. Delivery times are calculated from the end of the production time. You will see the estimated delivery date during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

What is your processing time for orders?

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. This does not include shipping time. During peak seasons (like holidays), processing times may be slightly longer and will be announced on our website.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your proof carefully.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

You must contact us at support@giftcolour.com immediately, Once a proof is approved and the item enters production, we cannot make changes or issue a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request to cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders once production has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We're sorry if there was an issue! Please contact us at support@giftcolour.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will gladly make it right.

Are the colors on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information during transmission.
